The training programme

Nobodytravelsuntrained.

The pool works because properties can trust the people we send. That trust is built here: a short, practical programme that turns good instincts into field-ready habits, before a suitcase is packed.

What we expect

  • You finish the required courses before your first trip, not during it.
  • Each course ends with a short quiz. The pass mark is real.
  • Training is not a formality: applications to missions stay locked until you are certified.
  • It takes evenings, not months. Built for people with day jobs.

Field ready means

Six habits, and the hills will tell you if you have them

This is the standard we train to. Read it as a checklist for yourself before you read it as a promise from us.

  1. 01You can read a brief and name the deliverables without asking twice.
  2. 02You know what rights you signed and where your work may run.
  3. 03You can shoot inside a working business without stopping it.
  4. 04You hit a deadline you did not choose.
  5. 05You file honest notes, even when the stay was bad.
  6. 06You travel with the checklist open, and you close every task on it.

For crews

Train together. Travel together.

  • 01Crews train as a unit: same courses, same quizzes, one shared standard.
  • 02Roles stay named. The person who applied as editor edits in the field.
  • 03On the trip, a Good Getaway team leader travels with the group and runs the checklist with you.
  • 04If one member is not certified, the crew does not travel until they are.

Apply. Train. Get the checklist. Go.
